或者把distributing the vaccines 理解成problems的同位语？
假如把distributing理解成目前分词，那样problems就是逻辑主语，这不符合逻辑吧？
have reported problems distributing...这个介词in不该省略而被省略了。distributing为动名词。
假如没reported，直接为have problems distributing...则in可有可无，有in+动名词为介词短语作状语，没in为目前分词作状语。但这个句子中是problems的定语，省略介词in是不适合的。我觉得这是作者的失误。
补充：我在COCA语料库搜索了一下，reported problems doing sth的例句还不少。但也有加介词in的。看来这种使用方法不是个例，而是一种惯使用方法了。假如换一个角度，不把doing剖析为problems的定语，仍根据状语剖析，那样介词in的有误则都能讲解通了。
